DNK RADIO / STUDIO 3.0

Privacy policy

Updated 15 October 2026 · Studio 3.0 website

Scope

DNK Radio Studio provides project information and listening and note-writing experiences in the browser. This policy describes the website configuration currently being built; it does not itself provide live radio or AI services.

Notes and forms

Notes and email addresses entered in the current forms stay in this tab’s memory; the website does not send them to a server or save them in localStorage, sessionStorage or the offline cache. Reloading or closing the tab clears in-memory drafts. This version has no account or server-side confession inbox. Reloading or closing the tab clears in-memory drafts.

Private submissions — currently disabled

A separate API is being prepared but is not deployed or connected to this public build. You cannot send a confession through the website today. If submission is enabled later, the site must show a separate notice before sending that names the responsible operator and reviewer, explains purpose and providers, asks for explicit consent, and explains deletion. The current design proposes access-controlled, unlisted review, no AI processing or guaranteed reply, and API read denial after seven days. R2 cleanup is asynchronous; provider documentation says it typically completes within 24 hours after expiry, but this does not guarantee immediate physical erasure or removal of every copy. These are future design settings, not a claim that a live service or staffed inbox exists. A future service would not be anonymous from hosting or anti-bot providers, which may process connection metadata.

Infrastructure, cookies and analytics

Your browser requests page assets from the website infrastructure provider. Hosting and anti-bot providers may process IP addresses, request times and connection metadata under their own policies. The application sets no tracking cookies; GA4 is not configured or loaded. Offline mode stores fixed website assets only, not the content you enter.

Your choices and limitations

Reload or close the tab to clear local drafts, and clear offline assets in Privacy preferences. Before opening a service that collects information, the project must identify its operator, appropriate contact, purposes, providers, retention and process for requests under the regions where it operates. This page does not claim GDPR or CCPA certification.

Privacy and security reports

Contact dev@dunukha.store only to report a privacy or security issue; it is not a confession inbox and no reply is promised. Include the affected route and reproduction steps. Do not send passwords or private content.
